Area 63 Web Manager Responsibilities and Authority
- Responsible for the daily maintenance of the Website which requires updating the changing information on meetings, groups, events, and implementing changes in the presentation of information posted on our website.
- Will ensure that no change in the information format of the Area 63 Website will occur without the consent of the PI committee.
- Is responsible to shop for the best price for cost of services provided for the Website.
- Will forward all expenses occurred by the Website to the Area 63 Treasurer for payment.
- The Web Manager will report on the Website to the PI Committee at each quarterly meeting of the Area 63 Assembly.
- All Events posted on the Website must be by AA, for AA and about AA. Any request for information posting that is determined to be questionable by the Web Manager, will be submitted to the PI Committee prior to posting.
- Will always have printed material displaying the Website content and when possible have computer viewing of the site available at all quarterly meetings of the Area Assembly.
- The Web Manager must have good knowledge of AA’s Twelve Traditions and Twelve Concepts and ensure that the Website of Area 63 operates within these guidelines at all times.
