NOTE: Our usual meeting place was not available, so we’re meeting here for this meeting and will plan to return to the Kings Inn for the Summer Assembly.

Agenda Overview:

• Registration at 8:00 am
• Committee meetings to assist our new delegate prepare for the General Service Conference (GSC)
• Accepting bids for the Fall 2011 and Spring 2012 Conference’s
• Working lunch & Supper break- we won’t forget to eat and drink!
• Evening session
• Sunday morning session will discuss GSC agenda items and end by 12:00 pm
• A full agenda will be provided later by the Area 63 Secretary John T.

Help Request:

• Do any of your groups have access to a microphone and sound system that the Area could borrow for those two days?  (We are trying to be thrifty and avoid renting a system).  Please e-mail me if you have ideas for a sound system.
